Win-win Cooperation to Make an Optoelectronic Feast!

According to the latest news from CIOE Organizing Committee, the Chinese Optical Society (COS) Standing Committee has decided to hold the Chinese Optical Society Annual Conference 2011 on September 5-8, 2011 at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, concurrently with the 13th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE 2011).

The conference is sponsored by the Chinese Optical Society, organized by the CIOE Organizing Committee, Shenzhen University and Shenzhen Optical Society, and co-organized by the China International Optoelectronic Conference (CIOEC). Nine professional journals of the optical industry, including the Acta Optica Sinica, Chinese Journal of Lasers, and China Optoelectronics will fully participate in and report the conference.

The Chinese Optical Society Annual Conference, which is held every two years, is regarded as the top class and largest academic conference in the optical industy. The COS Annual Conference 2011 will set 20 sessions, covering nearly 100 sub-sections in the optics and optical engineering fields; attendees will include universities professors, scientific institutes researchers, military industrial institutions researchers, enterprises managers, and other professionals in the optics and optical engineering fields.

Aiming at providing expert suggestion to enhancing the enterprise' innovation ability and development potential, the conference will hold various on-site workshop attended by academicians, enterprises researchers and managers, etc.

This win-win cooperation will establish a comprehensive platform to promote the technology innovations and accelerate achievement transformation in the optics and optical engineering fields.

The conference organizing committee will publish the abstract collection of proceedings. All submitted papers will subject to the editorial committee pointed by the COS for approval, and the outstanding papers will be published on the pointed journals.
