Visa Invitation Letter Application

Most foreign nationals are required to hold a valid passport and obtain a visa before entering Mainland China. It is the traveler's responsibility to secure the appropriate visa prior to departure. Please contact your local Chinese consulate or embassy well in advance to allow sufficient processing time. Travelers without the necessary documentation will not be permitted to enter Mainland China. Please note that visas are not issued upon arrival.

Invitation Letter Request
To request an invitation letter in support of your visa application, please provide the information listed below for all guests requiring this service. Accurate and complete information is essential for processing.
Important Notes:
Passport Validity: All applicants' passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended date of entry into China.
Letter Type: Please note that we provide a support letter for visa applications. We cannot issue official invitation letters from the Chinese government or related government agencies.
Visa Requirements: All applicants should contact their local Chinese embassy or consulate for the latest visa application procedures and requirements.
